Job Application

As part of our recruitment process, Anthology Marketing collects and processes personal data relating to job applicants. During the application process, we collect a variety of data about you. This includes:

  • Details of your qualifications, skills, experience and employment history

Anthology Marketing may collect this information contained in application forms, cover letters and resumes. Data will be stored in HR management systems and on IT systems, including email. Your information will only be shared internally for the purpose of the recruitment exercise. This includes Human Resources, interviewers involved in the recruitment process and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles. Collecting data from job applicants allows us to manage the recruitment process and assess and confirm a candidate’s suitability for employment. We take the security of your data seriously.
