Anthology takes home 19 awards, including People’s Choice, at AAF Hawaii’s 2018 Pele Awards

Anthology Marketing Group took home 19 awards at the American Advertising Federation Hawaii’s 2018 Pele Awards, including a People’s Choice Award and two Gold Awards. The annual awards ceremony, honoring excellence in advertising and design created in Hawai‘i, was held on April 21 at The Royal Hawaiian Resort Waikiki’s Monarch Room.
Anthology received the Pele Awards’ 2018 People’s Choice: TV Spot top honors for its moving, real-world inspired “Back to Work” television commercial for HEMIC Insurance, which was also recognized with a Silver and two Bronze Awards in additional categories. Anthology also received Gold Awards for its Welcome Video for Hawaiian Airlines and “This Big” fishing-design shirt created for Conquistadores Del Peces.

And last, but hardly least, Anthology’s own Senior Art Director Noah Tom was honored with the 2018 Advertising Man of the Year Award for a career spent – thus far – tirelessly advancing the advertising industry in Hawai‘i, and displaying outstanding competence and ability in his craft. Winners of the Advertising Man of the Year and Advertising Woman of the Year awards are selected by past winners. They’re also among the best in Hawai‘i at what they do. Congratulations from your Anthology ‘ohana on your big award, Noah!
